Diversity Champions

Every one of the organisations using this website is a member of Stonewall’s Diversity Champions programme, Britain’s only employer’s forum for sexual orientation equality in the workplace. These organisations are working with Stonewall to improve the experiences of their lesbian, gay and bisexual staff, customers and service users.

By law, all employers have to ensure that they treat lesbian, gay and bisexual (LGB) employees the same as everyone else. These organisations understand how important it is to make proactive changes to ensure their workplace environment includes everyone and that all employees can perform to their full potential. They also understand that they need to prove their inclusive credentials; that potential employees, customers and members of the public need to know what steps they’re taking to be gay-friendly, which is why they choose to advertise on this site.
