Ministry of Justice is looking to appoint a Divisional Director – Head of Recruitment and Resourcing.

The Ministry of Justice is a major government department, at the heart of the justice system. As Head of Recruitment and Resourcing you will have overall responsibility for leading the transformation of MoJ resourcing into a centre of excellence in resourcing services across the MoJ family. We are keen to appoint someone who has considerable experience of recruitment and HR gained in a large complex outcome focused operating environment.


The right person will lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team of c.45 FTE delivering services to a diverse range of internal customers. The team comprises marketing & communications specialists and occupational psychologists, along with project managers/delivery professionals and recruitment delivery leads, supported by a team of account managers and support services staff.


The role is particularly focused on the operational delivery of volume recruitment and one-off specialist projects, and you will be able to use your extensive knowledge and capability of delivering a number of priority volume and specialist campaigns to a consistently high quality.
