The HR Division provides advice and support to the School and its diverse customer base of circa 3,400 employees.
We currently look for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our busy team dedicated to providing the best customer service to our users. The Reward, Review and Promotions team, sits within the larger HR Operations function and is responsible for effective, high quality Human Resources services to staff through the management of various School committees.
The HR Adviser role will appeal to you if you have an interest in the higher education sector, strong writing skills and experience of working towards and contributing to detailed project plans. You will be instrumental in providing support to employees during a time of change both within the HR Division and in the wider School. For this role you will need to be a strong self-motivator with excellent IT, written and verbal communication skills with a positive customer services ethos. You will have a supportive team around you but you will need to be versatile, adaptable, resilient and solutions-focused. As an effective relationship builder you will be comfortable working within a complex, changing environment with the ability to thrive under pressure.
The HR Division is currently working on improving processes and systems in the function to considerably optimise the customer journey. There will be an opportunity for this role to be creative and forward-thinking in partaking in process improvements in their area of expertise to make a significant difference in the service experience.
