We are developing our infection prevention and control strategy to ensure our patients, staff and visitors are protected against the risk associated with infectious diseases. We’re committed to improving the quality and experience of care across the charity, and in addition to our new Head of IPC/ Deputy Director of IPC post, now we’re recruiting to these new posts, Infection Prevention and Control Advisers (AfC equivalent Band 6) to help us deliver our vision!

The Role

We are looking for credible, passionate and enthusiastic NMC/ HCPC registered professionals with demonstrable knowledge and experience in supporting the infection prevention and control agenda.
We welcome applications from registered professionals currently not working within mental health services who have transferrable knowledge of infection prevention and control. We understand the importance of developing our team members reach their potential, and there is plenty of scope for both personal and professional development in this new service!
We would also be interested to receive application from registrants who may wish to develop their experience and make the next step into a full-time role in infection prevention and control.
The successful candidate will supported by our experienced Senior IPC Adviser and a structured, bespoke induction programme which focussed on your professional development needs to deliver your best in this role.
