Job Description

LSE’s Information Management and Technology (IMT) division provides services to over 10,000 staff and student users. This is an exciting new role to support the implementation of Snow the School’s new IT Asset Management (ITAM) system.

 

The successful candidate will:
 

  • be able to provide advice and support to IMT staff on matters relating to ITAM, particularly in relation to licencing 
  • have the ability to acquire the skills to interpret licensing terms and conditions 
  • be able to maintain and develop the School’s ITAM policies and procedures to provide a robust and efficient service for IMT customers
  • be able to utilise the SAM reporting tool to identify the best value licencing model for the School’s needs
