Working collaboratively, they will be responsible for the planning and implementation of a programme of activities and projects designed to understand the overall experience of using the Library. This position will work to understand the needs of the Library’s various user communities and use the information gathered to provide recommendations for service enhancements in the Library.
Candidates should have knowledge of quantitative, qualitative and ethnographic research methods, and the ability to use these to assess the usability, desirability and value of library programmes and services to inform decision making at senior levels.
