Job Description

This is managed through the Summer School, Executive & International Programmes unit at LSE. These programmes have more than 20,000 students across the world, studying 50 different qualifications across 100 courses, and they provide a significant financial return to the School.


We seek an organised and flexible individual, with demonstrable administrative experience, excellent IT and communication skills, high attention to detail and the ability to work well as part of a team, to join us as our Programme Administrator.


The Programme Administrator will provide clerical and administrative support across the range of tasks undertaken by the Learning Resources team at the LSE Office for University of London International Programmes. This will include managing our email inbox, supporting meetings, assisting with the development of learning materials and support of students, and liaising with staff at all levels within LSE and beyond.
