RCSD is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, flexible, highly organised and pro-active individual who will play a key administrative role in supporting colleagues across the Division. As part of the Central Administration team, the post holder will deliver high-level administrative assistance making an active contribution across a wide variety of administrative tasks including purchasing, sales and marketing initiatives and residential life.
Candidates will have experience of working in an administrative environment and be able to demonstrate evidence of working to a high level of accuracy and volume. The ability to provide a high standard of customer service, in a friendly and timely manner is essential as is an understanding and experience of working with financial procedures.
