About the role
Pearson College London is committed to ensuring that all students from all backgrounds are supported to access, participate and succeed in higher education. The Access and Participation Manager is the pivotal role for delivering that commitment. The post-holder is responsible for coordinating and drafting the Access and Participation Plan, driving the initiatives set out in the plan, and monitoring and evaluating their success. Advising the Executive Team on all matters relating to Access and Participation is a key aspect of the role.
These are the key responsibilities of the job, on occasion you may be required to undertake other duties commensurate with your grade;
