Your role with us
 
We are looking for a motivated activities coordinator for Daniel Rambaut Ward. 
 
Daniel Rambaut is a 13 bedded locked unit for older males with progressive neurological conditions resulting in cognitive decline/ high dependency need
 
 
The role of activity co-ordinator is an important member of the team and you will work closely with another activity coordinator to provide recreation, engagement, participation and a sense of purpose, for our patients through enjoyable meaningful activities
 
In this role you will support patients to express their individual interests, cultural and spiritual needs and wishes. You will ensure that daily activities are in place for patients, creating an activity plan which is varied, creative and dynamic.
 
Our IPU mission is to continually improve our high-quality specialist service providing personalised patient care contributing to a better quality of life. The IPU will facilitate the right mix of skills and expertise and promote a culture of learning, innovation and continuous improvement in quality and patient outcomes . We will provide the best value-based healthcare with a focus on patient outcomes utilising live data
