Your role with us

We are currently seeking highly motivated activities coordinator's for Meadow and Willow ward.  The role of activity coordinator is an important member of the team and we would like the right persons to help the team plan meaningful activities with the patients on the ward and in a community setting.

Meadow Ward a secure 10 bed admission ward for girls aged 13-18 treatment of girls with complex mental health difficulties, often in the context of an emerging personality disorder.

Willow Ward a secure 10 bed ward for girls aged 13-18 with complex mental health needs the ward focuses on core therapy aims of assessing, diagnosing and treating and reducing the symptoms of their mental health conditions, particularly any risk behaviours

Basic Skill Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Creative, imaginative, innovative, adaptable and flexible
  • Willingness to  encourage, engage motivational and expressive participation from our patients
  • Ability / evidence of organising trips / group activities and 1:1 sessions
  • Interest in a range of activities i.e. Arts and Crafts, Sports, Cooking
