We are looking for enthusiastic people with strong communication skills to join us over the summer leave period. You will have excellent customer service and administrative skills and be ready to take up a role with us towards the end of June 2018 until September 2018. You could be progressing cases through the court/tribunal system, which includes regular contact with the users of the courts or tribunals, including members of the Judiciary and the legal profession. Or working operationally, to help support serving court documents, executing a range of warrants or collecting fines and fees.

This really is a snapshot of the work you could be involved in and you will be, when required, expected to undertake a range of these duties. There may be a need to work on an ad hoc basis at other local HMCTS offices, but this will be discussed with you by your manager.

Computer literacy with knowledge of a range of IT applications is a must.
