We are looking for an Assessor to work with us on developing and deploying key accreditation procedures and processes as well as leading a team of vocational assessors.

Delivery. Work. Projects.

A an Assessor you'll be leading a team of vocational assessors to support delegates through the accreditation programme, using your experience in the accreditation process to offer expert guidance and support to the team, identifying potential issues and developing and implementing core policies and procedures. You'll be collaborating with senior stakeholders and key teams to ensure we continue to build, improve and maintain assessor services that are essential to delegate success.

What skills, knowledge and experience will you need?

  • They will have substantial amount of experience in delivering myriad of vocational qualification.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Interpersonal skills and a proven ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all management levels.
  • A proven ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and with competing priorities.
