We are looking for a professional and self-motivated individual to join our Boardrooms Receptionist team.

Job Description

The main purpose of this role is to deliver exceptional support across reception, boardrooms and switchboard services, events support and concierge/workplace services whilst providing a five-star experience for all internal and external users using these services.

This is a permanent position Monday to Friday on a rotational shift pattern covering 8am - 6pm based out of our new Bristol office near Finzels Reach.

Key Responsibilities

Acting as the main point of contact for all floor facilities, welcoming all visitors to the office and ensuring all of our visitor's needs and expectations are being met and exceeded at all times
Assisting in the delivery of the firm's events held in our Bristol office. Supporting the events team with the meet and greet, badge preparation, rooms set up and administration for on and off site events as and when required
Booking meeting rooms for internal stakeholders, including fee earners and recruitment
Assisting in the provision of monthly management information
Creating a one team culture sharing ideas to improve and attending daily huddles
Providing professional support to OC and Business Services so that our clients receive consistently excellent services
Liaising with the Workplace Services Teams and provide support as required/requested
Ensuring service standards on site are high including cleaning of kitchens, breakout areas and meeting rooms
As part of a multi-tenant building, the reception team based on the main OC reception on 6th floor will liaise with ground floor reception to ensure all OC visitors are managed appropriately
Concierge Services: booking taxis and car park requests on behalf of OC employees
Switchboard management covering all three UK offices
Any other duties (or project work) that may be required to ensure the efficient operation of the Bristol (or UK) reception/boardrooms/ switchboard services
Actively manage own personal training and development, identifying any suitable development opportunities
