You will work in a team of other caseworkers in a high-performance culture with the customer at the very heart of our work. You will work with your team and team leaders to ensure that we are able to deliver casework in a timely and professional manner. You will have the opportunity to gain experience working in different areas of the Operational delivery team, learning step by step all that is involved to be a Casework Officer. You will be integral in promoting the delivery of excellent customer service, and you will have the opportunity fulfil your potential and contribute to the success of the organisation.
