Job Purpose & Responsibilities

Business Planning & Organisation

  • Set up Vocational Training Centers for skill development as per allocated timelines, budgets and ensure 100% capacity utilization of the centers.
  • Responsible to achieve the top and bottom line targets set for the year, as per business plan targets. Plan and monitor implementation of new Courses, wherever needed.
  • Plan and monitor execution of processes and systems to improve operational efficiencies.
  • Plan projects in order to accomplish its goals within constraints such as time, cost and agreed quality standards
  • Ensure effective two-way communication with support and delivery team, and the client.
  • Work with the team to maintain accurate records and information of project activities throughout the project life cycle in order to ensure effective project control.
  • Periodical reports in necessary formats as demanded by clients

Client Relationships

  • Liaise with govt authorities/market partners and help in adhering to the commitments as per the MoU.
  • To constantly source, develop and manage new areas of business with existing clients.
  • Ensure speedy resolution of queries & grievances to maximize client satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain and enhance retention of clients as per established targets.

Business Development

  • Interact with prospective clients; try generating business from existing accounts for profitability and increased sales growth.
  • Study the market trends and track competitors’ activities and provide valuable inputs for product enhancement and fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.

People Management & Development

  • Help in development and growth of team
  • Helps to foster and develop a strong customer-service ethos within the team.
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written in English and Hindi
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Others

  • Support the organisation culture through leading by example and living the values.
  • Open for extensive travelling.
  • Proactive & self-motivated, willing to take the lead.
  • Any other business requirement.
