We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to lead the engagement of carers, families and friends of our patients across St Andrews, ensuring that carer feedback and involvement contributes to improving service quality and the overall care experience.

The role and person
This is an exciting opportunity to work with the carers, family and friends of our patients. The role involves meeting their needs and ensuring our services and support for carers is personalised with a consistent approach across the charity. You will lead on the development and implementation of a Carers Action Plan and be responsible for providing information resources, establishing and running Carer support groups, overseeing the running of the carers centre, organising regular carer involvement and consultation events and working with clinical teams in progressing the carer agenda..
