Job Description

Macmillan has ambitious growth plans to meet the needs of the increasing number of people living with cancer. The Cause and Services Information function in Relationship Fundraising exists to equip our teams to support this growth through successful cause-led fundraising.

We offer bespoke support to teams across Relationship Fundraising, including philanthropy, corporate partnership development, challenge events and regional fundraising, by liaising with colleagues in services, policy, evidence, communications, and other areas of the organisation to tell a compelling story of our cause.

About the role
This role sits in the Cause and Services Information function in Relationship Fundraising. You will work closely with the Cause and Services Information Managers and Relationship Fundraising teams to understand strategy, priorities, needs and opportunities, and to deliver impactful and inspiring information on Macmillan’s cause.

To be successful in the role you will: understand how fundraising works; be able to work collaboratively on a brief; produce complex information and resources in an understandable format; and deliver on concurrent projects.

You will build excellent relationships and ways of working with Relationship Fundraising and service development teams, and other parts of the organisation. You will also be committed to continuous improvement, championing the evaluation of your work.

This is a full-time post based at our UK office in Vauxhall. We welcome candidates with the right combination of experience and demonstrably transferable skills.
