We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Centre Management Team based in our offices in central London. The Centre Management Team team sits within the Business Improvement and Regulation division of Pearson Education and has a vital role in ensuring centres are approved correctly and the monitor the centres.

Reporting to the Head of Centre Management the Administrator is responsible for supporting the Centre Management team’s day to day work across a wide range of activities. This includes developing process maps, updating NEO sites, managing Approval records for all Pearson centres, arranging meetings; data entry, analysis and reporting; monitoring and reporting on internal and external deadlines
Support the teams that are involved with Academic Management review, including the review of reports, sending them out, collating information from the alternative providers. Ensuring that the Approvals NEO site is current and accurate throughout the year
Supporting with the review of Centre Management documentation, ensuring it meets the document control requirements.
Work with the NCN and JCQ to ensure that all blocks and releases are entered on to the iseries.
Work with QPD team to confirm dispatch addresses are correct in accordance with JCQ and NCN Carry out system maintenance at specific times to ensure question papers are despatched as appropriate to minimise risk.
Support centre management teams with administration duties and approvals at busy periods of the year.
Support ongoing data cleansing activities for Academic and BTEC Centres
Support the issuing of annual approval certificates for international centres during the peak periods
Action T - level applications and process the applications with KPI.
Supporting investigations and other teams in BIR when required
Maintain records of expenditure for the team (overtime, expenses, travel costs, consultancy fees, etc) and provide regular reports to internal stakeholders.
Working alongside the data analyst to support the maintenance of records and provide internal stakeholders with regular updates on individual and team performance against the established KPIs and SLAs.5.Provide administrative support to the Centre Management Team & Head of Centre Management.
