We’re seeking talented Business Analyst/ Project Managers to join our awesome team based in Gosforth and Norwich as Change Managers to help deliver our exciting portfolio. In this role you’ll establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of change initiatives. With your Business Analyst and Project Manager hat on you’ll initiate and oversee projects, define requirements, ensure design and test activities are complete and lead implementation. It’s hard work, fast paced but great fun to be part of something special. You will be helping Virgin Money make banking better.
To be brilliant, we need you to have both project management and business analysis skills as this is a hybrid role. You’ll have experience of delivering quality projects, business analysis techniques and implementation within Quality Assurance frameworks. You will motivate your team whilst thinking strategically and delivering pragmatically. Working with stakeholders is also a key part of the role so natural gravitas and excellent communication skills are essential, along with the ability to make the complex simple. Knowledge of Agile project methodology would be the icing on the cake but it’s not essential so we’d still love to hear from you.
We need Virgin people who are insatiably curious and able to lead us where others fear to tread! To that end, whilst we are ideally looking for highly experienced individuals we would still encourage BAs and PMs to apply who are developing their skills in this space.
Please note - on occasions, you may be assigned to projects that involve regular travel to our other sites.

Salary - From £32,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
Location - Gosforth or Norwich
