Job Description

The Change Manager is responsible for leading the change management efforts for key transformations within the organization. It will work with project teams, leadership, and business partners to effectively enable delivery of the transformation objectives for the GBS Americas center.

The successful candidate will work with a range of GBS and BP staff and will be able to determine the appropriate approach and context for the audience on change management activities. The Change Manager would also effectively collaborate with the GBS enabling teams on transitions and transformations in order to provide insights and data for project implementations and change management operational performance.

·Provide change management strategy and deliverables in an integrated model. Partners with the Program Director, Project Manager, Communications Lead, and HR to deliver a seamless enabling discipline experience to the organization
·Creation, development, and delivery of the change management strategy for GBS Americas
·Plan and execute change management deliverables through all project phases based on defined change management strategy. This includes but is not limited to:
- preliminary plan
- change impact analysis
- stakeholder assessment and engagement
- inputs to the overall communication strategy and plan
- sustainability plan
·Provide coaching to organization - leaders and employees - on the change management methodology, strategy and deliverables
·Act as an integral part of our GBS Global Change Management network helping to build and develop change management capability across our centers
·Own design, development and delivery of change management solutions at an operational level
·Develop and lead change management programs and initiatives on behalf of GBS Americas
·Support delivery of key business transformation programs including but not limited to systems deployments, business transformation initiatives, growth in existing and new markets.
·Provide change leadership and change management skills to the GBSA Projects Portfolio covering transitions and transformation projects
·Support the use of the BP change management framework and methodologies appropriate to the needs of GBSA and its partners
·Support development and delivery of change management skills at a regional and global level where needed
·Work across complex stakeholder groups, driving engagement and using adaptive leadership skills to bring people on the "change management journey"
·Create innovative solutions to help people navigate their individual change management journeys
·Build and drive employee participation in organizational change, helping to influence and shape our culture to deliver increased value for BP

·Bachelor's degree

·10+ years of demonstrated experience in leading large scale and complex change programs in a diverse business environment
·Proven experience in applying OCM methodology and best practices
·Work experience in which you have had to use influencing to deliver results
·Intermediate Power Point Skills -
- Using text boxes, tables, and multimedia
- Ability to finalize and deliver a presentation
- Experience in presenting data and related business context in a boardroom environment
·Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex problems
·Strong and effective organization skills required to meet deadlines
·Excellent communication skills in writing and speaking
·Ability to multi-task, managing multiple priorities and prioritizing work appropriately
·Proactive self-starter with a biased to do things before being asked with attention to detail and excellent organization skills
