About the role
Client Relationship Executive
This role is within the Client Relationships Team based at our Cardiff office combined with homeworking.
Snapshot of key responsibilities:
Act as the key contact for assigned traders and provide a full value add service
Multi task management of all aspects of the trader pipeline to ensure maximum benefit to the trader and Which? Trusted Traders
Optimisation of the trader's profile page within 3 months of endorsement must include taxonomy, photos, service areas, contact information etc.
To educate and drive the trader to utilise the logo, profile and drive consumer reviews
As part of ongoing and annual reassessments proactively manage insurance opportunities to ensure integrity of the trader and the scheme.
Customer service is at the heart of what we do and you will have a track record of providing a friendly, professional and quality focused customer service.
You'll be an experienced Account Manager used to working towards KPI's - love a challenge and performing under pressure to tight deadlines ensuring you and your team meet your targets.
You'll be pro-active in everything you do and a great problem solver with a collaborative approach you will always look to deliver a more creative, innovative and practical legal service for consumers.
To be considered for this role:
Previous client account management experience
Demonstration of providing value add to clients to ensure successful relationships
Ability to manage a busy administrative workload
Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Consistent ability to meet set personal and departmental targets
