The Audiences, Brand and Communications team is a formidable force, driven to put audiences at the heart of everything the organisation does, and to make all consumers aware of all the great ways that Which? can make their lives simpler, fairer and safer.
About the Apprenticeship
Joining our PRCA award winning communications team and reporting to our Internal Communications Manager, you will be supporting communications on our internal and some of our external channels during your apprenticeship.
You will support the delivery of our Internal Communications strategy, to keep our employees informed of new developments within the business and deliver creative communications
You will also provide administrative support to our Press Office team to allow smooth running of the office, facilitating high-quality media coverage that continues to position Which? As the trusted voice for all UK consumers.

What you can expect as a Which? Apprentice
It's an exciting time for us as we launch our apprenticeships programme and we have many activities planned. These include comprehensive Which? onboarding and local onboarding programmes where you will get to meet other Which? apprentices.
Additional activities include mentoring throughout your programme to provide you with support and networking events. We will also support you with study induction to help you keep on track with your qualification.
We will also help you to develop broader skills such as CV writing and interview skills as well as life skills such as, diversity and inclusion and mental health awareness. You will also have full access to LinkedIn Learning which provides learning in a broad range of subjects.
We love a celebration in Which? and we will help you celebrate keystone events as you reach different stages by organising celebratory events and sharing your stories.
