In this role, you will develop and deliver an impactful communications and engagement strategy for teams facing a period of growth.
We are looking for someone who is confident advising, supporting and training leadership to increase engagement with a predominantly customer facing (in particular contact centre based and mobile) workforce. You will be an expert in developing communication plans tailored to audiences and which also compliment the organisational wide communications strategy.
Experience of working with customer facing, contact centre and/or mobile workers would be an advantage.

Location: Glasgow, Shipley (West Yorkshire), or London. Regular attendance at both our Glasgow and Shipley Offices is required so candidates can be based at either of these offices. Exceptional candidates from London will be considered (and can be based at our London Office), however, regular attendance in Glasgow and Shipley will still be required.
