You will need to be a team player and be able to effectively manage a busy workload, prioritising tasks between competing demands.

You will be a fully qualified solicitor with corporate or finance transactional experience (gained in-house or at a top law firm) and be around 0 to 2 year’s post qualification experience. Previous experience in the financial services sector would be of interest but is not essential.

Our aim is to nurture a skilled, diverse and committed workforce where every individual – regardless of background – can share our purpose, reach their potential and be rewarded appropriately for their contribution to our success. We're also happy to talk flexible working with you.

This role is available from June with a competitive salary, depending on experience, plus a great range of benefits.

The role will be based in Edinburgh or Newcastle, with travel between our London, Newcastle and Edinburgh offices occasionally required.
