Job Description

Description of role and key responsibilities

The role involves producing accurate data reports to specific deadlines:-

Reporting and Analytics

  • Keep monthly records of our operational impacts
  • Input and manage operational data on our global system
  • Collate annual Carbon Footprint and Greenhouse Gas reports
  • Collate and submit our annual London Benchmark Group report
  • Compile quarterly CSI Spend by Business Unit reports
  • Monitor the Volunteering Database
  • Chart charitable spendingAnalyse reports and make recommendations to inform strategy, spend and programmes development
  • Research and analyse sustainability information and data.


  • Administer Employee Matched Charity donations and external donations
  • Manage the CAF account and budget
  • Monitor invoicing through our Concur system
  • Audit costs and recharges
  • Review our management accounts with the team accountant
  • Participate in the creation and monitor the team budget


  • Participate in internal and external audits
  • Review team processes and update and improve where applicable
  • Audit and create contracts, ongoing monitoring and review


  • Aid with the submission of award and certification applications
  • Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation
  • Research and report on factors influencing business performance
  • Provide support and cover to the team administrator when they are on leave
  • The role requires analytical skills including the ability to:

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office – especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Tech expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
  • Experience in operational accounting and analytics
  • Strong analytical skill set with ability to collect, organise, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy, then provide actionable recommendations based on KPIs
  • Experience of Mapping Software
  • Regulatory knowledge
  • Project management
  • Able to adapt to new technology
