Summary

The CRM/Systems Administrator within AcceleratED Pathways department will beresponsible for the coordination of technical and information systems the department uses to support all of our partnersincluding but not limited to design and development, integration, testing, and regular platform maintenance. As part of that support, this role will collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders across our tech development teams as well as our business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.

●Help with implementation and management of new software’s within the department.

●Maintaining and enhancing data integrity through design, maintenance and security in the CRM application.

●Assisting with enhancements and maintenance of automated processes and applications that exist within and are integrated with the CRM application.

●Transitioning legacy processes and functionality using newer CRM tools for purposes of streamlining overhead and embedding efficiency’s.

●Maintaining user accounts across multiple orgs such that we meet the proper blend of user business functionality and adherence to compliance.

●Troubleshooting technical issues and devising immediate and long-term solutions.

●Supporting 3rd party products as they relate to the CRM platform.

●Developing and implementing functional tests for security configurations and automated processes.

Qualifications

Qualifications

●University Degree/College Diploma or commensurate with experience.

●Fundamental knowledge of CRM systems (i.e., Oracle, Salesforce)

●Significant knowledge and experience in programming and programming concepts.

●Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

●An expert in English grammar with the ability to evaluate written communication for clarity, conciseness, and coherence.

●High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

●Demonstrated ability to work with both internal and external clients.

●Effectively manage and organize time to complete all tasks, projects and change requests on time.

●Ability to learn and adapt to new applications/software/programming in a short period of time.

●Demonstrated effective analytical and problem solving skills.
