We are hiring a Culture Change Advisor to join the office of the CEO and HR and OD. At its core, this role has four key components: events management, equality, diversity and inclusion (ED&I), organizational design (OD) project delivery and customer experience. There are several senior key stakeholders to manage and while it reports into our Head of Chief Exec's Office, there is a dotted line into the Director of HR and OD.
This role focuses on the delivery of people and culture projects that improve the capability of the organisation and staff, to deliver business objectives. This includes a programme of staff engagement events, the coordination of our ED&I membership submissions, enhancing the customer experience and the development of new projects over the next twelve months.
The successful candidate will be meticulously organised, highly resilient and have a professional and proactive approach to work. The ability to form strong working relationships at all levels in this high-profile role, is paramount. This is a great opportunity for exposure and development, working on some exciting projects with the Chief Executive and Senior Management Team. You will also get to learn and grow as a professional; leading on some key objectives and flexing your organisation skills.

We operate a hybrid working environment which means once or twice a week in the office and the rest of the time from home. Please note that there will be some travel in this role and the requirement to attend offsite events.
Salary: £33,500 - £40,00 depending on experience
