We’re looking for sociable people who can quickly make an impact – so face-to-face customer service experience is a requirement. You’ll be equally at ease assisting a customer with a banking transaction as you are at promoting one of our brilliant products. Whether you’re discussing a quote or hosting in a community event in one of our meeting rooms, you’ll meet every customer and have a brilliant conversation the minute they walk through the door.

You’ll be confident working in a regulated fast paced, ever-changing and fun environment, where no two days are the same; our working patterns are Monday to Friday and will include working circa 26 Saturdays per year.

Salary: £16,500 - £22,500 per annum plus amazing benefits plus London Weighting allowence

Hours: Would consider applications from Individuals looking for Full time 37.5 or Part time 18.5  hours per week to include 26 Saturdays per year (4 hours)
