An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our Customer Relations team. Customers are at the heart of everything we do and our Customer Relations team do everything they can to make sure our customers love us.
You’ll be responsible for proactively dealing with and resolving issues for our customers in the way they’d expect from a Virgin company. Sometimes we also get customer complaints… (we’re only human!) and you’d be responsible for making sure that these are resolved at first contact and turning these into positive experiences. Everything that you do will be in accordance with the relevant internal & external policies, regulations & guidelines.
We’re looking for someone that has worked in a similar Customer Relations role ideally but don’t let that necessarily deter you from applying. We want someone who is going to put our customers at the heart of every activity and interaction. You’ll be confident and competent in utilising all available communication methods and will be familiar with industry regulations and guidelines.

Salary: £18,000 - £25,000 per annum plus amazing benefits
