You will be a trouble-shooter, a problem solver and the voice of our business.
We’re looking for people who wants to put the Customer first and join us on our journey to help solve our customer’s energy needs. You’ll be a good listener, have an understanding personality, and the ability to empathise with and respect your colleagues and customers.
You’ll be IT literate with a good general level of education including Maths and English. Key is a desire to deliver excellent, professional customer service in a call centre environment.
