Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Cardiff Gate Business Park , Cardiff

Starting Salary: £19,249

Permanent | Full Time Hours | 37 hours per week

Shift patterns: 37 hours per week, hours will be on a 12-week rolling shift pattern meaning you will be able to plan your personal life around your shifts. This will include a mix of late shifts, mid and early shifts plus alternative Saturdays and Sundays.? We are open 8am to 8.15pm Monday to Friday, 8am - 6.15pm Saturday, and 9am - 5pm Sunday.

Our Role

Your responsibilities will include taking a variety of interesting and challenging calls, some of which include making various changes to our customer’s accounts and answering complex queries whilst keeping to a first call resolution.

Your Skills and Experience

You’ll be adaptable to change as this is key to your success as well as the growth of our business. You’ll think on your feet, listen to our customers, display empathy and ensuring you meet the customer’s expectation.


You'll work individually, as well as being part of a larger team where you'll be encourage to share your ideas. It's fast-paced environment to work in but you'll thrive on the constant activity and always do your best for the customer.
