Customer Service Advisors
Part Time Positions with various shift patterns from 22 hours to 27.5 hours per week with flex to work additional hours at peak times of year as operationally required.
£18,450 FTE + benefits
Location: Supporter Care Centre, Shipley, West Yorkshire. Our offices have a waterfront location, close to the UNESCO World Heritage Site – Saltaire Village & Salts Mill - and are just 10 minutes by train from Leeds City Centre, Bradford City Centre and Keighley/Bingley.
As a member of one of our friendly, high performing customer advice teams, you will have the opportunity to really make a difference to the lives of people affected by cancer and play a vital role in helping us to achieve our fundraising goals.
98% of our income comes from voluntary sources; the amazing people that you will be supporting every single day, giving them information, advice and inspiration on all aspects of fundraising, making a donation and other ways they can get involved with us, such as cheering on our marathon runners or supporting a campaign.

Process and Timings:

First round telephone interviews to take place on Tuesday 29th & Wednesday 30th May 2018.
For those successful, there will be an assessment centre on Tuesday 5th or Wednesday 6th June
Candidates to start on Monday 9th July 2018.
