We’re always looking for people who are good listeners, pay strong attention to detail and have good computer literacy skills. Above all, we look for people equipped with first-class communication skills to build a rapport with customers, as well as our internal and external departments.
What we look for:
Working within our operational contact centre most of your time will be spent taking water and waste related calls, customers might be without water or they may have waste water where they don’t want it. It could be a complex complaint or a simple query. You need to absorb what they tell you and then provide the right information.
We are looking for someone who is able to deliver learning and learning journeys to Team Leader delegates in an engaging, relevant, and motivational way. That way, our Team Leaders will experience being grown and invested in for both their own and Severn Trent’s benefit. On top of this, you’ll need to be able to design learning journeys and quality materials. Some of the activities you will be tasked with will include leading changes in Customer orientation, owning performance, driving high standards, call quality coaching, creating high performing teams, behavioural coaching, root cause coaching, and performance coaching.
