Pearson Clinical Assessment is a leading global test publisher and distributor in the psychological, speech-language, occupational therapy, educational and human resources fields. A part of the Pearson group of companies, the company is headquartered in the U.S., with offices in Canada, Europe, and Australia.

We are currently recruiting for a Term of Project (TOP) French/English Bilingual Customer Service Analyst in San Antonio, Texas.

Summary:

The French/English Bilingual Customer Service Analyst is responsible for providing superior quality service and for continuously building and maintaining strong relationships/partnerships with our customer base.

Qualifications

Position Responsibilities:

  • Managing customer inquiries across various support channels
  • Supporting customer inbound calls within specified parameters
  • Providing 1st level product support
  • Identifying and promoting cross-sell/up-sell opportunities
  • Actively engaging our customers and building their awareness of new and developing assessment solutions and platforms
  • Accurately processing customer orders/requests
  • Ensuring timely receipt of customer qualifications; order clarifications as requested.
  • Must cover core business hours (7:00a-3:30p) with flexibility to provide coverage for late shift (8:30a-5:00p) on a rotational basis when needed

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education (Diploma or Degree) from relevant field (e.g., Psychology)
  • 1 – 3 years of related experience
  • Fluently Bilingual: English and French
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills, both verbal and written
  • Positive work attitude and high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Well organized, able to coordinate projects and work independently and perform as a strong team player
  • Courteous, knowledgeable and professional attitude
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality is critical to successful performance in this role
  • Knowledge of business platforms preferred, including Oracle, SAP or other smaller packages with proven data entry experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (spreadsheets, documents), Outlook/G-Mail or other email programs
