Due to an internal data cleanse project we are looking for an experienced Administrator with a passion for delivering results.

Job Description

The position will play a core role in the hands-on processing and delivery of a comprehensive cleansing of all data records currently stored in our current grant and data management tool in preparation for the wholesale data migration of those records into a new Customer Relationship Management tool (CRM) and Finance System.

With solid IT skills and proven experience of dealing with high paced and changing work streams and volumes, you will need to move through large amounts of work accurately and at pace, responding to the needs of the team whilst building the best possible understanding and working relationships with them, in the truest spirit of Macmillan's values.

Working within a complex procedural environment, you'll ensure that all processes and records are cleansed to the required quality standard. To that end, you'll deal competently and professionally with all the work needed to enable the smooth progress of the project.

You can make a difference for Macmillan in helping people living with cancer! In return for your enthusiasm and commitment, we commit to actively developing you and our benefits include private medical insurance, life assurance, pension, childcare vouchers, and generous annual leave.

Fixed term positions will be reviewed prior to completion and could be shortened or extended with notice, depending on the duration of the project.
