St Andrews is recruiting for a Data Quality Analyst.

You will be joining a highly capable and ambitious team with high standards and a clear dedication to patient care. We are here to serve our patients and work together to help patients improve their mental health, re-integrate into society, and lead fulfilling lives. Our patients depend on us and they are the reason why we are driven to deliver excellence each day, every day. To perform to the best of our ability, we innovate and learn all the time.

Working at St Andrew’s Healthcare

We’re the UK’s largest independent provider of NHS services, a unique mental health charity aspiring to deliver truly world-class care. Our focus is transforming lives through ground breaking treatment and rehabilitation, with surpluses re-invested in our outstanding facilities. You’ll find a welcoming, inclusive culture here, inspired by the shared values of our team. Everyone has their part to play in the amazing work we do – you’ll have every opportunity to get what you want from your career.

Your role with us

The Data Quality Analyst will join a team of 3 and work very closely with the Data Warehousing team to ensure that incoming data is profiled, analysed, assessed, and data quality issues are addressed. You will work closely with team members and internal customers to liaise, advise, and assist in understanding and interpreting their uses of data to affect change within the charity, particularly when data quality issues are identified. You will need advanced SQL and Excel skills and the ability to logically diagnose and communicate data issues for the management of data from source to target. The team works with Agile Scrum and knowledge/understanding of agile software delivery methodologies will be ideal, but not a show stopper.

If you feel strongly about mental health, if you can work with a bunch of great people that will challenge and delight in equal measure, if you want to dedicate your professional life to the best cause there is, then apply and join our team. We recognise success, work hard, innovate, learn, have fun, support each other and thrive together. If you are one of us and haven’t met us yet, now is your chance!

As part of this new project within the Data, Insight and the IT department  we are also looking to add more new people to the team and as a result are also looking to recruit talented passionate people for the following roles – Business Intelligence Manager, Data Warehouse Lead / Manager, Data Quality Analyst Rio, Data Warehouse Developers and a Data Warehouse Governance Analyst so please call on 01604 616624 if you might be interested in joining our team or pass on our details if you know others who might be interested.

St Andrew’s is the UK’s largest mental health charity. We are a unique organisation with a positive, inclusive, welcoming culture that’s very much our own. We’re guided by shared values, defined by the people who work here and the patients we support. These values shape our behaviours and feed into everything we do. During the recruitment process, you will have the opportunity to speak to our staff and find out what it’s like to work for St Andrews.
