Your role with us 

The Data Warehouse Lead is a crucial position, requiring experience and expertise. You should be able to draw upon a wealth of knowledge to assist in dimensional modelling for schemas of various subject matters, from clinical to financial, from human resources to estates management. The Charity’s needs are great and you will work with the latest technology, providing solutions that address diverse needs.

You will get in from the start and lead the creation of Enterprise Data Warehouse as well as building the foundations to move into predictive analytics and self-serve business intelligence. We use the latest and greatest of the Microsoft stack and choice leading edge tools, while making no compromises in finding the right person to lead our team.

You should know the ins and outs of the Microsoft BI stack to help guide and direct the solutions proposed by the developers. You will have a keen eye for detail and documentation, making sure requirements is suitably documented, the data dictionary is correctly maintained, while keeping data governance top of the agenda. You will have the utmost respect for sensitive and confidential data, making sure all due security and precautions are taken in the handling, extraction and transformation of that data from consumption to presentation.

We are a charity that invests in our people, mentoring and coaching employees on their journey to help reach their potential. You will be working with a newly constituted crack team of technical, business and healthcare experts, using Agile Scrum and required to innovate at all levels.
