Job Description

This Graduate Development Programme is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual who works well in a team as well as independently. The successful candidate must be confident and motivated in striving to make a positive impact within the team, as well as being an excellent communicator.

 

Queens Cross Housing Association is a community based housing association, and a social landlord to over 4,300 homes in the north west of Glasgow covering four areas; Dundasvale, Queens Cross, Woodside and Westercommon/Hamiltonhill. 

 

We employ over 200 staff, and have some exciting projects coming up building excellent housing in vibrant communities.

 

Working on a variety of projects, you will be playing a key role in delivering our ambitious programme of design and construction and develop skills in land and property acquisition.

 

You will also work in housing design and planning, project management, procurement and community engagement.

 

The post is a two-year fixed term contract, in which you will be learning and benefiting from the unrivalled expertise and experience of our team.

 

The successful candidate will receive on-the-job training and be supported by colleagues in achieving their full potential.
