Job Description

What you’ll need to do:

  • Responsible for leading, developing and delivering the digital marketing plan to drive business critical ROI aligned to monthly targets
  • Responsible for strategic planning, management and development of digital channels
  • Will own execution and optimisation of PPC, social media, and display prospecting and retargeting campaigns
  • Responsible for campaign measurement, analysis and reporting, working closely with marketing, data science and finance teams
  • Ownership of digital marketing budget and effective budget deployment and pacing across all biddable channels
  • Responsible for delivery of key digital marketing KPIs from optimising paid and organic traffic to channel analysis and planning
  • Day to day management and implementation of digital campaigns, tracking and reporting
  • Work cross-functionally with digital agencies, teams and stakeholders across the business to plan and deliver on targets


What we are looking for:

  •  Proven track-record of planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across PPC, social media channels, and display media prospecting and retargeting
  • Expert knowledge of Google Analytics and DoubleClick
  • Strong planning, reporting and project management skills
  • Must have an innovative, test & learn mindset
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and share data and optimize campaigns accordingly
  • Deep understanding of building and optimising digital customer journeys across paid media
  •  High energy, hard working, team player with customer focus
  • Experience working in financial services is a plus
