Digital Technology Specialist
The Digital Technology Specialist is dedicated to providing professional technical support for our digital platforms and learning products. They are responsible for maintaining and monitoring our customer facing digital platforms and applications, providing Tier 2 level customer support, and performing server and application setup and configuration. They will build UAT/QA and performance testing plans, build system requirements, and write support documentation and resources. They will act as a technical liaison between customers, sales, customer service, our digital education specialists and our developers. They will provide assistance to Tier 1 support as needed.
