Working within a complex procedural environment, you'll ensure that all processes and records are dealt with to the required quality standard. To that end, you'll deal competently and professionally with all the work needed to enable the smooth administration and processing of information relating to volunteering.
To succeed in the role will require a track record of admin/secretarial experience which includes evidence of complex and high-volume task management, the application of excellent MS Office and keyboard skills, the management of records systems and CRM and the ability to undertake detailed work with absolute accuracy.
Team-minded, you nevertheless have the ability to work independently to prioritise your various strands of work to meet fixed and emerging deadlines. Good communication skills, including a high standard of written English, are essential and experience gained in the NHS or voluntary sector is desirable in addition.
