The Director leads the ongoing risk-assessment and execution of audit engagements to provide assurance to Executive Management and the Board of Directors on the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, governance and risk management in place to monitor, manage and mitigate the key risks to the EBRD. This involves significant engagement with senior stakeholders and the Audit Committee as well as supervision and leadership of staff. The role will also play an essential part in the transformation of the function.
