The post holder will ensure the delivery of a comparative, consistent and comprehensive experience for all students across the Department’s programmes, will lead on all aspects of the delivery of the Departmental teaching and exam marking programme including the recruitment of part-time teaching staff. The post holder will also manage the Programmes Team, with direct line management of three team members, and be the key liaison with the Departmental Executive Committee and LSE Divisions on education-related matters.
You will have previous experience of working within Higher Education and of managing staff, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, time management skills, a high attention to detail and the ability to organise and prioritise your own work.
