We have some big ambitions to expand the use of our award winning eHNA tool, and you will be instrumental in helping us achieve these aims. Working at a strategic level, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the eHNA’s implementation, further development and management of the eHNA team which sits within the Cancer Support Operations (CSO) directorate.
You will need to have a proven track record of managing projects to transform services and demonstrate experience of leading and managing high preforming teams. Previous experience of building effective relationships with external suppliers and the ability to lead matrix teams within complex organisation is essential. Sound working knowledge of healthcare systems and data management would be desirable.
