Stonewall’s mission is to ensure that all lesbian, gay, bi and trans people are able to participate fully in society and achieve their full potential.

Join our team as an Empowerment Programmes Delivery Officer and deliver our CPD-accredited empowerment programmes to support individuals to affect positive change; to work out how they can make a difference for LGBT people at work, in our communities, schools, public services, sports fields and beyond, here and abroad.

As part of our Empowerment team, you will support the co-ordination and delivery of a range of Stonewall’s empowerment programmes including our flagship Leadership Programme, one-day Role Models and Allies Programmes, and related community or sector-specific programmes and support our programmes Alumni on their journey with Stonewall.

In this role you will help to create empowered individuals who are able to go on to transform institutions and change hearts and minds. You will inspire a range of audiences through your public speaking, presenting and effective facilitation in a programme delivery setting.

The successful candidate will have a successful track record of working in a results-orientated, commercially aware environment and be able to engage comfortably with senior executives, both face to face and over the phone. You will have excellent interpersonal skill in order to engage and influence. You must be highly organised with an ability to work to flexibly and changeable deadlines.
