Evaluation and Impact Officer
£32,000 - £36,000
We need an evaluation and impact professional to join our team and ensure that we are reviewing, evaluating and improving everything that we do.
As an Evaluation and Impact Officer, you will lead on in-depth evaluation projects, support monitoring and self-evaluation undertaken by Macmillan professionals, and make sure evaluation findings are well used. It's a key role that will involve working closely with all levels of stakeholders, so you'll need to be a good communicator. You will help to build the capacity and culture of the organisation so that evaluation and learning continues to be embedded in the way we work.
You should have strong experience in evaluation, either in the public, private or not-for-profit sector. You will also need good communication and negotiation skills, the ability to work well with others, pick up new concepts quickly, and be able to influence senior colleagues.
In return for your skills, enthusiasm and commitment, we will support your development and offer great benefits, including private medical insurance, life assurance, pension, childcare vouchers, generous annual leave, and interest-free season ticket & gym membership loans.
Please submit your application as soon as possible as we reserve the right to change the closing date of our vacancies.
We aim to encourage a culture where people can be themselves and be valued for their strengths so we seek to attract and employ the best people from the widest talent pool, reflecting the diverse nature of our society.
We will support you throughout the recruitment process with any reasonable adjustments required in accordance with the Equality Act. Please contact the Recruitment Team if you require support.
