Job Description

The Labour Party is looking to recruit an Exhibitions Administrator to provide support to the Exhibitions Team in the lead up to, during and post Annual Conference. The purpose of the role is to assist with the organisation of Exhibition at Labour Party Annual Conference 2021, as well as working across a wide range of  disciplines  in our Exhibition team including, photography tours, operational, client engagement, Health & Safety and sales in a political environment.

The Exhibition at Conference raises valuable income for the party and brings together many experts in their fields to contribute to our main national event. An important part of our service to exhibiting clients are our photographic stand tours with a team of photographers and this role will focus on the coordination of these both prior to and during Conference liaising with politicians , suppliers and clients.

The successful candidate will have excellent administrative and coordination skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Candidates will be expected to travel to Annual Conference in Liverpool between 20th September and 30th September 2022.
