High Holborn houses up to 447 students in 428 rooms, and Grosvenor House is home to up to 227 graduate students in 169 self-contained studio flats. Both halls operate a commercial business between June and September welcoming summer school students and international guests.
The post holder, amongst other duties, will be required to (i) act as a key administrative contact for both sites and take responsibility for the day to day running of local reception teams (ii) communicate effectively with staff, students and other internal departments; (iii) ensure that our IT systems are accurately maintained; (iv) actively contribute towards delivering excellent customer service and enhancing the student experience during the academdic term.
Candidates should have relevant work experience in a customer facing environment, demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and have excellent time-management skills, with the ability to organise a busy and demanding workload.
