Job Description

• Lead and manage a team of accredited coaches and assessors, coordinating resource and monitoring performance to ensure the units delivery of appropriately skilled and accredited staff to meet NCA key operational objectives.

• Work with key partners to identify opportunities for trainees to achieve timely completion of “end point assessments” in pursuance of their PIP / IPP accreditations.

• Participate in key external stakeholder (e.g. Crown Prosecution Service, Police Forces) programmes and consultations, representing the NCA in contributing to legislative and procedural changes and translating these to operational standards / guidance for the benefit of the NCA.

• Lead operational debriefs / reviews in order to identify and promulgate best practice to ensure lessons are learnt and all potential opportunities for future improvement across all operational activity within the NCA is maximised.
